Q: If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?


A: We utilize several different shipping methods, always trying to find the best solution for you. For ground shipping we mainly use UPS who is our preferred carrier for EU countries.



Q:How long will it take to ship my order?


A: However, if you place your order till 9:00 am CET, your order will be shipped the same day if you didn't choose a later delivery date.



Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?


A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!



Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift basket?


A: Yes, you can. Just remember to include your message in the space provided on our website or on our order form (bulk orders). Your gifts will arrive with your personalized gift message attached to the delivery note outside of the parcel.



Q: Why are you limited on the states you can ship your gift baskets to?


A: Some European Countries do not have optimized delivery services. However, if you wish to ship to a country that is not listed, please send us an e-mail request and we will try to help you. Please note that currently the only non-EU country we ship to is Switzerland.



Q: What forms of payment do you accept?


A: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.



Q: What is your product substitution policy?


A: From time to time, orders come in at such a pace that we temporarily run out of a particular basket item. The availability of some products is not guaranteed all the time. When this is the case, we do reserve the right to substitute another product of equal or greater value to ensure your basket gets out in time. Thank you for your understanding. Please be assured that if we need to replace products that it will be done so in a manner that the gift basket and its contents will suit the occasion that you are sending it for. At the end, we rarely have to substitute items!



Q: What are your hours of operation?


A: On the phone are at least available Monday through Friday 9am to 15pm CET.

As we are aware of all the different time zones, we also keep a close eye on all incoming emails for at least 18 hours a day. So even if you don't catch us on the phone, we will get your emails!

Q: Why do you need my recipient's phone number?


A: Shipping companies must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery and you ask us to call them.



Q: Do you ship chocolate in the summer?


A: From April/May - September/October the chocolate items in our gift baskets are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or chocolate hampers won't be available at all.



Q: How long have you been in business?


A: We have been in business since 2002.



Q: Is there any VAT on your gifts?


A: We are required to collect VAT on all gifts designated for the EU. VAT is included in all prices you see in our online store. However there are exlusions for businesses located in the EU, please contact us.
