Orders received by 12am (CET) can be shipped the same day. We utilize several different shipping methods, always trying to find the best solution for you.

Please note that parcels in Sweden will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Delivery services in Sweden only try to deliver ONCE, if they weren't successful, the recipient must call or collect the parcel himself. People in Sweden are used to this practice and we can't change this. The best way to make sure the parcels arrive is check if the recipient is not on vacation at the time the parcel should arrive. Maybe it is an alternative to send the gift to the working place.

Shipping information:
When you provide us with complete and accurate delivery information, your gifts will be delivered promptly and you will be spared re-delivery charges. Please check your delivery address carefully. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in a € 20,00 handling charge in addition to all charges accrued for re-shipping each item. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Gifts and Gift Baskets to Hospitals and Hotels in Sweden
Please confirm the recipient is still in the hospital/hotel before scheduling delivery. When placing an order for delivery to a patient/guest please make sure that you include as much information about the patient's/guest's location as possible. Such as patient/guests name, Hospital, Department (i.e Maternity), Room no., and the Hospitals complete address.

Shipping restrictions:
There are strict shipping restrictions regarding alcohol for Sweden. We will NOT ship alcohol gifts or gift baskets to Sweden. If ever you ordered a gift basket wiht alcohol included we will replace it with item suitable to the rest of the basket or the theme.

Shipping insurance
All gifts and gift baskets for Sweden are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you.

Christmas Gifts
Please make sure to order your Gifts and Gift Baskets for Christmas delivery in time. Due to the amount of incoming parcels, delivery services do take up to one week longer than during the rest of the year to deliver your Christmas Gift.

So Christmas Gift orders should arrive us till the last week in November. Later incoming orders we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
