Delivery information for Norway
Standard duration (without weekends and public holidays):
3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday)
PLEASE NOTE: Christmas Orders to Norway have to be done untill December 1st, otherwise your gifts will be to late.
Orders received by 12am (CET) can be shipped the same day. We utilize several different shipping methods, always trying to find the best solution for you. Express shipping and exact day shipping is also available.
Please note that parcels in Norway will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Christmas Gifts to Norway
Please make sure to order your Gifts and Gift Baskets for Christmas delivery in time. Due to the amount of incoming orders we might close down a couple of days before Christmas, also
delivery services do take up to 2 working days longer than during the rest of the year to deliver your Christmas Gift in time. So Christmas Gift orders for Norway should arrive us till December
1st 2009. Later incoming gift orders we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Shipping information for Norway:
When you provide us with complete and accurate delivery information, your gifts will be delivered promptly and you will be spared re-delivery charges.
Please check your delivery address carefully. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in a € 20,00 handling charge in addition to all charges accrued for
re-shipping each item. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Hospital/Hotel deliveries
Please confirm the recipient is still in the hospital/hotel before scheduling delivery. When placing a gift or gift basket order for delivery to a patient/guest
please make sure that you include as much information about the patient's/guest's location as possible. Such as patient/guests name, Hospital, Department (i.e Maternity),
Room no., and the Hospitals complete address.
Shipping restrictions for Norway:
There are strict shipping restrictions regarding alcohol for Norway. We will NOT SHIP ALCOHOL. If ever you ordered a gift basket wiht alcohol included we will REPLACE
it with item suitable to the rest of the basket or the theme.
Shipping insurance
All gifts and gift baskets are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you.
